THE TONY GRANT CASE: Arrest warrant unsealed

Today was a rather interesting day at Danbury Superior Courthouse.

First, as expected, Joe DaSilva's arrest warrant was unsealed and we learned new details about the circumstance leading up to the death of Luis Encalada.

...what the media was unprepared for (and not expecting) was the availability of Tony Grant's arrest warrant on the same day.

You see, we all thought that since Tony Grant's case involves the minors, that the report would remain sealed.

...well, we were wrong.

Due to the extreme graphic nature of the report, I'm going to hold off on reporting on the details of the case until sometime tomorrow. To be honest, I'm actually debating on whether or not to publish the report because of it's content. Other new sources obtained a copy of the report but I'm unaware if they'll report on the document tomorrow (if anything, News-Times reporter John Pirro might have a blurb available late tonight or tomorrow).

I'll make my decision on how to proceed with this report tonight and have something for everyone to read tomorrow.
